David has a broad litigation practice, including commercial, civil, administrative, and regulatory matters. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals. He has worked for clients on a broad range of issues, including shareholder and contractual disputes, class actions, employment, expropriation, civil fraud, environmental, and intellectual property.
David received his J.D. from Bond University in Australia in 2008, graduating with Honours. While attending law school, David completed an internship in The Hague working with the legal department of an international NGO. Following graduation, David worked for the Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney General in Australia where he was involved in the prosecution of criminal offences. David was admitted as a solicitor in the State of New South Wales in 2009.
Prior to attending law school, David obtained a B.A. in Philosophy from Queen’s University in 2004.
David is a member of The Advocates Society, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Expropriation Association.
